    What is SLAY Festival about?

    SLAY Festival is a one day celebration of innovation, culture and community. You’ll get to learn from incredible speakers, attend transformational masterclasses, shop from the best young entrepreneurs, build your Pan-African network, listen to the livest music and hang out with your favorite brands.

    Tickets

    When and where can I purchase a ticket?

    Tickets to attend the next editon of SLAY Festival 2020 will be available for purchase in on our website, once we announce the event.

    Are children able to attend SLAY Festival?

    Children 5 and under are welcome to attend SLAY Festival without a ticket and access the onsite childcare. All other guests including childcare or assistants will require a ticket to enter the event.

    Are there any scholarships/non-profit/discounts available?

    There are no scholarships available. Early purchase is encouraged to secure the lowest price.

    Can I get a refund?

    Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. You can transfer your ticket to another person by providing them with your official ticket.

     

    Checking In

    What do I need to bring with me to access the event?

    You only need to have access to your ticket with a barcode via your email. Your payment receipt will not provide you with access.

    What should I bring to the event?

    • Your ticket via your phone. No need to print it out.
    • Fully charged phone for all of the picture taking and selfie posting
    • Notebook to take notes and business cards to make new connections
    • Money to spend on all of the incredible brands and vendors
    • Sunscreen and sunglasses to keep that melanin protected

    What is not allowed inside the event?

    Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience so security will check everyone that enters the event and all bags upon entry. Save yourself stress by traveling light.

    The following items will not be allowed inside of the event:

    • Large bags or luggage
    • Food or drink
    • Large equipment or cameras

     

     

    Travel & Logistics

    Can people from various countries / cities attend SLAY Festival?

    We encourage everyone to join us at SLAY Festival. Last year, we created very affordable travel packages to make it easy for travellers. Visit our Travel page to see the itineraries.

    Can I park at the venue?

    There will be very limited parking available at the venue. We recommend you use public transportation or ride sharing apps.
